Liberating Structures seriously and playfully disrupt conventional patterns in how we work together. A repertoire of 33++ methods make it possible to immediately include, engage, and unleash everyone. In this 3-day workshop, participants will immerse themselves in learning 15++ of the most versatile Liberating Structures and explore how we continue to reinvent the way we work together, more meaningfully including and unleashing everyone to make progress on the most entangled and complex challenges we face.
During the first two days of the workshop, we will focus on the LS repertoire, how to string methods together in a useful sequence, and the power of meaningful and engaging invitations. The third day of the workshop will provide participants an opportunity to reflect on experiences applying LS in the real world between sessions. Immersion workshops offer opportunities for interesting networking, serious play, and skill building for anyone in an informal or formal leadership position.
This workshop is for you if you want to continue developing your own LS practice or if you are looking to learn the how of LS through direct experience and experimentation. Novices and experienced users are welcome! If you are new to LS, we ask that you participate in the Primer on August 16+17th in order to participate in the design and practice studio on September 15th.
