Liberating Structures seriously and playfully disrupt conventional patterns in how we work together. A repertoire of 33+ methods make it possible to immediately include, engage, and unleash everyone. In this 1-day workshop, participants will be invited to immerse themselves in learning 8-10 of the most versatile Liberating Structures and explore how we build creative community, more meaningfully including everyone to make progress on the most entangled and complex challenges we face together. Participants from healthcare, education, the arts, the private sector, and beyond are invited to take part in this learning experience together.
During the workshop, we will focus on the Liberating Structures repertoire, how to string methods together in a useful sequence, and the power of meaningful and engaging invitation. Immersion workshops offer opportunities for interesting networking, serious play, and skill building for anyone in an informal or formal leadership position. Novices and experienced users are welcome.
